Paws & Relax: Make a DIY Dog Toy In-Person
It's Mental Health Awareness Month, so take a "paws" from your everyday stresses to cuddle with a local Canine Companion and create DIY tennis ball tug toys that will be donated to the service dogs of Canine Companions. This service event has been planned in partnership with the Hicksville Public Library, Howie's Heart Volunteer Organization, and Canine Companions.
This is an in-person event taking place at Hicksville Public Library. Please bring two old t-shirts that can be cut. All other materials will be provided free of charge. Registration opens to out-of-district patrons ONE WEEK before the event start date.
