Chef Rob's Cooking Class: Irish Soda Bread (1:30pm) In-Person
Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with Chef Rob! In this hands-on class, we'll be making Chef Rob's Traditional Irish Soda Bread. You'll leave the class with a delicious batter ready to take home and bake. In order to participate, please bring a large bowl, mixing spoon, and a small cookie tray.
Please note there is a $3 nonrefundable materials fee. Payment must be made at the Circulation Desk before Friday, March 7. One registration per adult with a valid Hicksville library card. Registration will open to out-of-district residents ONE week before the program date. Only registered adults (ages 18+) will be permitted to stay in the class. Doors close seven (7) minutes after the start of the program - no one will be allowed in the program after that time.
