Chef Rob's Cooking Class: Asiago Cheese Bread with Sweet Drizzled Fruit & Ricotta In-Person
In the first half of the class, Chef Rob will do a demo of how to make a Seasonal Fruit Plate with Ricotta Cheese and a Sweet Drizzle. Then in the second half, you'll make a loaf of Chef Rob's Asiago Cheese Bread ready to take home and bake. Patrons will need to bring to class a large bowl, box grater, mixing spoon, and a cookie sheet. Learn the steps of this family-favorite recipe that you can make into a loaf, scones, biscuits, or twists. Bring your appetite!
Please note there is a $3 non-refundable ingredients fee. Payment must be made at the Circulation Desk before Thurs, April 10. One registration per adult with a valid Hicksville library card. Registration will open to out-of-district residents on Wed, April 9. Only registered adults (ages 18+) will be permitted to stay in the class. Doors close seven (7) minutes after the start of the program - no one will be allowed in the program after that time.
