Chef Rob's Cooking Class: Barristers Chicken Chasseur & Holiday Sprinkle Cookie In-Person
This month Chef Rob is giving us an amazing holiday treat: a tasting class AND a hands-on baking lesson. First, Chef Rob will show us how to make Barristers Chicken Chasseur, his version of the popular French dish. Then, everyone will make a Super-Sized Holiday Sprinkle Cookie to enjoy. No need to bring anything - everything will be provided for you.
Please note there is a $3 non-refundable materials fee. Payment must be made via credit card online when you register or at the Circulation Desk within 72 hours of registering. If payment is not received, you will be moved to the wait list. One registration per adult with a valid Hicksville library card. Registration will open to out-of-district residents on Tuesday, December 2. Only registered adults (ages 18+) will be permitted to stay in the class. Doors close seven (7) minutes after the start of the program - no one will be allowed in the program after that time.
