Tai Chi In-Person / Online

Join instructor Linda Cafiero and practice the ancient Chinese art form of tai chi. This system of self-healing and self-defense regularly brings many benefits to our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The use of slow, fluid and gentle movements can increase stamina, strengthen the immune system, tone muscles, improve coordination and slow down the aging process. All will benefit! 

This is a hybrid class: you can either join in person OR on Zoom.  This program will take place in the Library's Community Room.
