Barre Fitness Online

Barre fitness is a full-body workout inspired by elements of ballet, yoga, and pilates that focuses on low impact, high intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body. All levels are welcome and encouraged to move at their own pace, so please join Stefanie Perretta for this fun class! 

Equipment needed: 2-3 pound weights, a chair, and a mat. This is a virtual class. Registration required. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to join the event.
