American Southern BBQ with Brian Collins In-Person
Join us as pitmaster Brian Collins demonstrates how to barbecue using the "low and slow" method of cooking American Southern BBQ on his 10-foot smoker! Plus you'll learn to achieve the same effect using the BBQ grill you have at home! A small sample will be distributed after the class.
Registration required. This is an in-person program taking place at Hicksville Public Library. Opens to out-of-district patrons beginning August 7.
In the event of rain, the program will be moved indoors.
