Tai Chi In-Person / Online

Join instructor Linda Cafiero and practice the ancient Chinese art form of tai chi. This system of self-healing and self-defense regularly brings many benefits to our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. The use of slow, fluid and gentle movements can increase stamina, strengthen the immune system, tone muscles, improve coordination and slow down the aging process. All will benefit! 

This is a hybrid class: you can either join in person or on Zoom.  Please note that for January through March, Linda will be teaching from home. If you come to the Library, we will stream her live in the Community Room on Zoom.
