This 3-week high-energy cardio dance class features Bollywood and Bhangra-inspired moves that include full-body movement and tons of fun! Set to energetic, catchy songs from Hindi films, includes a warm-up and yoga cool-down. It’s designed to be suitable for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels, offering a vibrant and engaging way to stay active while enjoying the music and movement of Bollywood.
