Tea Talk: Asian American Health & Wellness Workshop In-Person
Enjoy a warm cup of tea while learning about disease prevention and lifestyle changes! Tea & Talk is presented by the Nassau County Department of Health & Nassau County Office of Asian American Affairs in conjunction with Nassau County Executive Bruce Blakeman and Legislator Rose Walker, and is designed especially for East Asian communities. Led by doctors, this session focuses on health topics that matter the most to you and your family. They'll offer practical advice tailored to your cultural background, and explores how traditions, diet, and lifestyle can support better health.
