Yoga with Joe

Yoga with Joe In-Person / Online

Yoga is a system of total body development. The physical postures will enhance muscle tone, flexibility, strength and balance. The benefits of regular practice include increased energy, decreased stress and fatigue, higher consciousness, a stronger immune system and increased breath, so please join Joe Cilmi either in-person or virtually for this free event!

Note: There will be an optional 15-minute meditation with Joe at the end of this week's yoga class. All are welcome to stay.

This is a hybrid class. You can choose to join in person or on Zoom. Please note Joe will be teaching remotely on July 1 and July 8 only. If you come to the Library, we will stream him live in the Community Room on Zoom. Be aware there are a limited number of in-person spots. Mats and straps are not provided.
